World Pastry Cup Lyon
World Pastry Cup or the ‘coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie’ has been a reference event for pastry art all over the world since 1989 with the objective to show through practical demonstrations the progress made in the pastry trade. The event took place on January 28, 2013 with 22 countries participating in the contest.
