Travelers arriving in the UK, find west coast of Scotland one of the most delightful places to relax. This fact was revealed in a survey of 2 376 tourists taken by the British Association of YouGov. Approximately 14% of respondents stated that the Scottish island of Arran, Sky, and Ayla Mull are perfect for any type of recreation.
Nearly a third of respondents (32%) named the Scottish island as their favorite resort. David Els, the author and coordinator of publisher Lonely Planet, comments on these statistics: “Our new guide describes the island as a place worth visiting. We are very pleased that they came to the hearts of travelers, and receive love and popularity, which they truly deserve”.
The British population also defines islands on the coast of Scotland as the best ones, because the recession has forced many of them to seek a place of rest in their country. Foreigners come here in search of unusual and unique tourist routes experience.
Among the entertainment, which can be enjoyed on these shores, are monitoring the whales, golf and tours dedicated to whiskey.
