Cocktails always play leading roles in parties, whether it is a Nobel Prize award ceremony or a traditional hen-party organized before the wedding. In pubs, bars and hotels these mixes receive great attention by tourists as well. There are lots of cocktails made in the world, but there are some institutions specializing in the creation of exclusive luxury cocktails with unique combination of ingredients, some of which are not even edible.
We’ll go from low to high! You choose which one!

Ritz Sidecar – $515
This cocktail served in the Hemingway bar of hotel Ritz in Paris will soon no longer be possible to try. It is a classic mix of Cointreau, brandy and lemon juice was unlikely to be something unique, if not the rare cognac 1830 Ritz Reserve used for a cocktail, from which there are only a few bottles in all over the world. Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the grapes from which it is made of were collected before the invasion of phylloxera, a pest that destroyed valuable varieties of grapes in France in 60’s before the last century.
Magie Noir – $550
A wonderful cocktail made from cognac, champagne and liqueur Crème deMure is served in club Umbaba located in London’s West End. But the zest lies in the unique supplements to the mix: lemon sorgos; litchi and bark of the African Yohimbe tree are added in the glass. The extract of the latter is used long time and happily by the physicians as a stimulator of male potency. Cocktail is served in crystal glasses with a stick with gold plating.
High Roller Martini – $1000
You can enjoy a cocktail for 1000 dollars in the restaurant called Capital Grille in Las Vegas. However, such a high cost of the mix is due not to the unique taste, but to merely two facts. Though it is not too large.
Mai Tai – $1400

And really, that can be elegant and refined than cold martini, flickering in the glass at the bottom of which stands the pyramid of a half-carat diamond.
